Camp Dates: July 19-24, 2026 (Sunday-Friday)

Camp Location: Camp Oakhurst, 36611 Mudge Ranch Rd., Coarsegold, CA 93614

Camper Ages: 13-18 on first day of camp.

Camp Registration: $450 (Final payment due July 12, 2026)

Registration includes 5 nights lodging at Camp Oakhurst, all meals, programmed activities, and a camp t-shirt.

Bringing additional spending money to camp is advisable for store and various free-time activities. Additional free-time activities (like Rock Climbing Wall and Paintball) are anywhere from $10-$25.

Payment & Cancellation Policy

Camp registration is $450 (Final payments due no later than July 12th). (Plan to bring additional spending money to camp.) Last day to register for MWC 2026 is 11:59 PM (Pacific) July 12, 2026.
All registration forms and permission forms are due no later than July 12, 2026 to be eligible to attend camp.
When we receive your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provide. (Be sure to check your Junk/Spam Folder if you can't find it!)
Online payments will be billed immediately.
Check payments are due no later than July 12, 2026. Please pay for camp as soon as possible. A check made payable to MWC with "(Student Name)" in the Memo line is required and must be mailed to MWC, 41781 Rd. 142, Orosi, CA 93647. Payments cannot be taken at camp.
If you cancel on or before June 1 then 100% of what you have paid up to that point is refundable, minus the $50 deposit.
If you cancel after June 1 then 50% of what you have paid up to that point is refundable, minus the $50 deposit.
If you cancel after July 2, there is no refund available.

For online payments, full payment will be required at time of registration. For payments by check, all registration fees must be paid in full by July 12, 2026. Please send check to MWC, 41781 Rd. 142, Orosi, CA 93647.
